Short Biography
Isaac Wafula is an accomplished actuarial scientist with a First-Class Honors Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Actuarial Science. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the same field, focusing on advanced research in stochastic asset–liability management and optimization. With a strong academic background and deep analytical expertise, he is dedicated to contributing to the development of robust mathematical and statistical frameworks that enhance financial and insurance risk management practices.
Research Interests
Risk Measurement and Capital Allocation in Insurance and Pension Systems, Statistics, Machine learning, Credibility Theory, Mortality and longevity studies.
