Short Biography

D. M. Kitavi obtained the B.Sc. (first-class honors) in Mathematics in 2011 from the University of Nairobi (Kenya), M.Sc. (cum laude) in Mathematical Sciences in 2013 from the University of the Western Cape (South Africa), and Ph.D. in Statistical Signal Processing in 2017 from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Hong Kong). D. M. Kitavi joined the University of Embu as a lecturer in September 2017.

Research Interests

Calculus of Variations, Numerical Methods, Partial Differential Equations, and Statistical Signal Processing.
