Name: Evans Otieno Ongidi
I was awarded a first class honors in Bachelor of education, Mathematics and Geography in the 2023 award and conferment of degrees of the University of Embu. The university then advertised for the application of scholarship. I applied for the scholarship as advertised and attached all the required documents. My application was approved and I was notified through a phone call. I enrolled and started my Masters classes in October 2023. I thank God, that I won the Scholarship and also thank the University of Embu for the great opportunity that has positively impacted my academic journey.
Am interested in applied mathematics so as to deepen my analytical skills and enhance problem-solving abilities to be able to achieve my goals of imparting knowledge to others as well as serving the community at large since applied mathematics provides a strong foundation for tackling real-world challenges.
